Quality Guarantee & Defects

At LoopHulp, we maintain a strict quality policy. It can happen that a supplier delivers a product that does not meet our high standards.

• No shipping for defects: We never send a product to you if we discover a defect or damage during our inspection.

• Our solution: Should this happen while you are waiting for your order, we will contact you immediately. You then have two choices:

  • Immediate refund: You will receive the full purchase amount back into your account immediately.

  • New order + Gift: We will immediately order a new item for you. As a thank you for your patience, we will add a special gift from the company to your package.
