  • Customer: The natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with LoopHulp.

  • Products: All goods, such as rollators and mobility aids, that are part of a purchase agreement.

2. Applicability

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Deviations from these terms are only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing.

3. The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

  2. The offer contains a full and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind LoopHulp.

4. The Agreement

The agreement is established at the time the customer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set therein. LoopHulp will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer via electronic means.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. When purchasing products, the customer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product.

  2. During the reflection period, the customer will handle the product and the packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product.

  3. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

6. Prices and Payment

  1. Prices mentioned in the offer of products include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

7. Delivery and Execution

  1. LoopHulp will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products.

  2. The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to the company.

  3. LoopHulp aims to execute orders as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon.

8. Warranty and Conformity

LoopHulp guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.

9. Liability

LoopHulp is not liable for damage of any kind arising because LoopHulp relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the customer, or due to incorrect use of the delivered mobility aids.

10. Complaints Procedure

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to LoopHulp via the contact page within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described.

11. Applicable Law

Agreements between LoopHulp and the customer to which these general terms and conditions relate are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
